Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. 
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned item. 
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team. 
  • Items not meeting these requirements may be rejected. 

How to Initiate a Return 

  • Submit Your Request: Email your return request, including Order ID and reason, to Nebyrosveilstack@gmail.com. 
  • Provide Proof: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to expedite processing. 
  • Follow Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide step-by-step guidance to complete the return. 

Note: Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be declined at our discretion. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet eligibility criteria. 
  • You will receive a notification confirming whether the refund is approved or denied. 
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been successfully processed. 

Partial Refunds
